Ki-Aikido is a martial art based purely on defence.
Over the years it has been refined and developed to be incorporated into daily life.
Ki-Aikido’s approach is to unify mind and body to develop this state of oneness through it’s unique way of teaching.
We teach Ki-Meditation for clearing and calming the mind. We teach Ki-Breathing to help purify and create a healthy body. We practice Ki-Development exercises to develop a union between mind and body. Through the unique principles of Ki-Testing we create stability and a feeling of oneness with our selves and the universe, naturally. Blending this development into our Ki-Aikido movements creates calmness in action (true relaxation).
And through each element of our study and practice a very powerful and relaxed individual arises with the ability to take on all elements and situations that the world puts in our path. So we must create within ourselves a feeling of being ready, prepared and stable at all times.
